Rest peacefully Aunty -as I’ve endearingly known her through my husband, her grandson Richard. I had the pleasure of being in her presence a few times and could feel her kindness, love, and infectuous spirit. I will always be grateful that my son, her great grandson, was able to travel to England to meet and stay with her when he was a youngster and also has very fond memories of her and their time together.
Forever remembered and forever loved.

Auntie Watson (or Auntie The Minder as I called you),
Thank you for all the love and care you showed me and my family over the years. I have very fond memories of my time at your house.
Auntie, you will always be remembered for your lovely smile, cheerful disposition and down-to-earth way of doing things.
Barbara, Gary, Steven and Carvelle, God bless you for the beautiful send-off you have given your Mum and thank you for sharing her with all of us over the years.
May God continue to comfort you and the entire family. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Heartfelt condolences to the Watson Family as we all say a final farewell to Mrs Watson. As a Palatine Rd neighbour, and family friend her smile, warmth and beautiful nature will remain in my family's hearts always. May she rest in eternal peace.

Rest well Aunt Myrth. Thank you for being my second mother when I would visit. Always took great care of me, and made sure I was well fed; including thr cups of tea you would bring to me when I would attempt to sleep in.
Thank you taking care of Dad when he lived there, and for your undeniable love for Uncle Horace.
To Gary, Steven, Carvelle, Barbara and all family & friends… condolences and may you all find the strength in the love and memory of Aunt Myrth.

Aunty Mert. What a beautiful soul.
We grew up on Palatine Road, and became very close to the Watson family. Although we were neighbours, we grew up like family. Hence Mrs Watson is affectionately known to me as my Aunty Mert.
I spent so many hours in her company growing up, this continued into my adulthood. We’d decorate cakes together, iron clothes for the week, make patties together. We’d share so many jokes together, and chatted about EVERYTHING 🙂
Aunty Mert loved to cook, she always ensured that when I left the house, I never left empty handed… her words were, “here is a LIKKLE something fi you”.
Aunty Mert was one of my greatest supporters, non judgmental, kind, she had a great sense of humour, at the same time she would put you in your place, that never happened to me much 🙂
Rest in peace Aunty Mert, and thank you for the wonderful memories.
Condolences to my bestie Carvelle, Stephen and Gary.

Mrs Watson was a lovely, beautiful lady a excellent cook, and baked lovely cakes. She was always full of joy and laughter but she also can be serious when she ready. You will be missed Mrs Watson I pray God's peace for the family.
